Eight times winner of ‘Scottish Hairdresser of the Year’ the Charlie Miller Artistic Team hold amongst others a total number of 14 British Hairdressing Awards – more than any other salon outside London.
In recognition of having won the Scottish title three times - a title also won by Director Ian Blyth - Jason & India Miller also received the industry’s prestigious British Hairdressing ‘Hall of Fame’ award where they joined a select group of other industry icons. They have also been awarded ‘Newcomer of the Year’ and the AIPP ‘Grand Trophy’ at Mondial Coiffure Beaute in Paris and the AIPP’s ‘Best Avant-Garde Fashion Collection’.
Charlie Miller has also received the British Hairdressing Awards’ Scottish title 3 times, is a founder member in the ‘Hall of Fame’, was awarded ‘Avant-Garde’ in 1990 and was twice nominated for the highly prestigious ‘British Hairdresser of the Year’ title. He also holds the National Hairdressers Federation Hairdresser of the Year; World Master of the Craft, New York; the honour of Fellow of Distinction from the Fellowship for British Hairdressing and received a Lifetime Achievement Award from The Guild of Hairdressers.
The British Hairdressing Awards are organised by Hairdressers Journal International and sponsored by Schwarzkopf.
