Always moving forward with a contemporary vision, the hairdressing team at Charlie Miller is renowned for quality hairdressing and excellent customer service. Aside from their day-to-day interaction with clients the team's skill and expertise has been spread across the globe for more than 3 decades. In 1976 Charlie Miller was one of four Scottish hairdressers to put Scotland firmly on the hairdressing map in a legendary line-up called 'The Super Scots' at London's Salon International. He went on to form the 'CM Art Team' led now by the dynamic partnership of son and daughter-in-law International Creative and Artistic Directors, Jason and India Miller who together have forged a reputation for introducing new concepts and trends.
Regarded by many as being part of the couture of British hairdressing, Jason & India
are two of the UK's most influential hair designers having directed the team artistically for more than 10 years. They have a history of consistently producing some of the UK's best innovative and creative photographic works that are regularly featured in the world's top hair and fashion magazines as well as exciting audiences around the world from Europe to America, South Africa to Korea and the Middle East with a host of educational and inspirational choreographed stage shows, motivational seminars and workshops.
Outside their industry work Jason & India have been head-hunted for the past 6 years by MTV organisers to 'head the looks' at the high profile MTV Europe Music Awards where they have worked behind the scenes at this major event in Liverpool, Munich, Copenhagen, Lisbon, Rome and Edinburgh. Already this year their styling skills have been seen at Gok Wan's 'How to Look Good Naked' live TV industry special; at the Harvey Nichols Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer fashion shows and for various local fashion houses including Sam Thomas and Jaeger. As well as fashion shoots with top fashion photographer Clive Arrowsmith for the Financial Times 'How to Spend It' magazine there are other requests from top industry companies like L'Oreal Professionnel for commissioned shoots for glossy magazines including Vogue and Marie Claire.
